These pieces are made with stones from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.

These stones, along with all the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. Yes, we spend a lot of time at the beach!
The majority of these rock are basalt.
We may have drilled or cut them in half but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated.
They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.
I try to find fairly thin rocks and I think you will find them to be much lighter than you would expect.
Each piece is unique.
These necklaces, the main rock is a medium grey and smooth. They have either a stack of 2 or 3 rocks of varying shades pinned inside. It is on a sterling silver rolo chain with a lobster clasp.

The chain measures approx 18 inches and the pendant is about 1 1/4 inches long.
