This piece is made with a stone from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.
All links are soldered shut.
This stone, along with all the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. Yes, we spend a lot of time at the beach!
The majority of these rock are basalt.
We may have drilled or cut them but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated.
They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.
I try to find fairly thin rocks and I think you will find them to be much lighter than you would expect.
Each piece is unique.
This pendant is a silver half circle shape that has been imprinted with a pebble texture. It has a dark grey bezel set rock on it and two accent rocks on the chain. It is on a sterling rolo chain with a lobster clasp.
This sale is NOT or this item pictured. They will be very similar.
The chain measures approx 19 inches and the pendant is about 1 1/4 inches wide.
The chain length could be changed if need be.
