These pieces are made with stones from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.
All links are soldered shut.
These stones, along with all the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. We have drilled them but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated. They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.
I try to find fairly thin rocks and I think you will find them to be lighter than you’d expect.
Each piece is unique.
These pieces are a handmade sterling silver open box with multi-colored rocks pinned inside.
**I’m trying something different for this listing. you can pick your size box, and you will receive the one I have in stock, it won’t necessarily be this exact one in the picture but one very similar. they all have a variety of colors in them.**
The chain measures approx 18 inches and the box is about 2 inches long for the large, 1 1/4 inches for the medium and 7/8inch for the small(these measurements include the bail) The chain length could be changed if need be.
